Delighted to announce that Thought Press Project has re-launched for 2025, with the theme of ‘Sound & Vision’! Inspired by the classic song by David Bowie.
The project runs with up to 100 UK printmakers kindly donating their artwork to raise funds for The Children's Book Project and Edible Rotherhithe.

Alongside @ediblerotherhithe, our second charity this year is @childrensbookproject. This is a great charity that seeks to tackle book poverty, and give every child the opportunity to own their own book.
Book ownership has been directly linked with improved mental health amongst children and a greater propensity to read for pleasure, whilst reading fluency itself has a significant impact on children’s successful progression through education.

"Catch Your Eye" by @gaby_spencer_art

"Catch Your Eye" is deeply inspired by my love for wildlife and the fascinating character that owls embody.

The piece is also influenced by my grandmother's owl collection.

I felt the owl would be the perfect subject for the "Sound and Vision " theme, symbolising both the silent wisdom of the night and the powerful connection between sight and sound in the natural world.

Handprinted on Arcival Somerset paper.
