We are 100 UK printmakers creating prints on the theme of "Bring me Sunshine" inspired by the Morecambe & Wise song, to be sold in aid of two charities - Place 2 Be and Edible Rotherhithe. Place 2 Be helps school children improve their mental health and wellbeing across the UK. Edible Rotherhithe provides creative learning opportunities through gardening and printmaking sessions in schools. For more information about these charities and what they do, please visit

This year’s thoughtpressproject theme “Bring me Sunshine” for me evokes memories of hot summer days in the garden and especially the accompanying sounds of bees busily working among the flowers. We have an abundance of sea holly in our garden, a favourite with insects. ‘A Bee Sea Holly’ is inspired by this moment in our garden.
